How it works
- Find the address. Open any subscription's overview page in Cardboard. You'll see its unique receipt collection email.
- Set it as the billing contact. Update the billing email in your SaaS tool to the Cardboard address, or set up auto-forwarding.
- Receipts match automatically. Every receipt sent to that address is linked to the right subscription, payment, and team. No manual sorting.

How it works
- General email. Navigate to your email inbox in Cardboard to see your company's general receipt collection email.
- Forward or set as billing contact. Auto-forward receipts from your email to this address or replace it as the billing email for software subscriptions.
- Cardboard matches it. We automatically identify the vendor and link the receipt to the correct subscription and payment.

If we can't automatically match a receipt to an existing subscription, it will still be captured and suggested for the payment it may have been for. You can then manually assign it to the correct payment.
Yes, and we recommend it. Setting either the subscription-specific email or the general address as the billing contact means receipts arrive in Cardboard the moment they're issued. Set it once and never think about it again.
