Does the extension send my login credentials to Cardboard?
No. The extension only reads the billing page content while you're logged in. It never accesses, stores, or transmits your username, password, or session credentials.
What if Fetcher doesn't support a service I want receipts from?
Not a problem! You could easily request a new service. When you submit a request through the extension, we receive the page content and URL of the billing page you're on. Our team uses this to build support for that service. We'll send you a notification as soon as it's ready. Most requests are fulfilled within a few weeks. Learn more here.
Can I use Fetcher alongside the email collection methods?
Absolutely. Fetcher is designed to complement the Email inbox functionality we offer. Use the extension for services that keep invoices behind a login, and email forwarding for services that send invoices to your inbox.
