Top-up from DNB

Before you can start paying with your Cardboard cards, you must transfer money into your Cardboard card account. Transferring funds from DNB to Cardboard is quick and easy once you know how to do it correctly. The key takeaways are to make sure that you:

  1. Only transfer from accounts already registered in Cardboard. This is to ensure that our bank partner knows that the source of the transferred funds is the same company that owns the destination account, and so that the funds can be quickly routed to the correct destination account.
  2. Always transfer in the same currency as the destination account. For Norwegians using DNB, this usually means that you should transfer in NOK.

Transfer from DNB's mobile app

It's not possible to use DNB's mobile app to make transfers to Cardboard, as it doesn't support transferring funds abroad in NOK. Please use your online bank instead.
