Requesting receipt fetching with browser extension

The Cardboard browser extension can find and upload receipts directly to Cardboard. We continuously add support for more services, but we might not yet support the one you need. The extension includes a feature to help us gather the information we need to add new services. Below is a guide on how to request support for a new service.

How to send the request

Opening the form

Open the extension menu by following the browser specific steps below and select “Request receipt fetching support”.

In Chrome: Click the extension icon(puzzle piece) next to the address bar. In the extension list click the 3 dots next to Cardboard. If you have pinned the Cardboard extension you can click on the Cardboard icon.

In Firefox: Click the extension icon(puzzle piece) next to the address bar. In the extension list click the cog icon next to Cardboard. If you have pinned the Cardboard extension you can right click on the Cardboard icon.

Sending in the request

After clicking the menu item from the step above you should see a form pop up in the bottom of the page. Submitting this form will send us all the content of the current website as well as the link to it.

• Anything we should know: Is there anything special about the billing page of this service? Does the download start after clicking the invoice link or is there more steps after?
• Request for: Select the organisation that subscribed to the service you logged into.

Click send and you are all done. We will notify you when we have added support for the service.
