Adding your card to Microsoft 365

Some customers are currently unable to add their virtual card for Microsoft 365. If you’re affected, follow the steps below to add your card.

There are two ways of doing it...

Alternative 1 - Adding the card directly in Microsoft 365

1. Go to https://admin.cloud.microsoft
2. Click Billing > Payment methods in the menu on the left
3. Under Your payment methods, click Add payment method

Alternative 2 - Adding the card via Microsoft Azure

Though Azure is a separate Microsoft service, any card added in Microsoft Azure will also be used by Microsoft when taking payments for Microsoft 365.

1. Navigate to https://portal.azure.com
2. Search for "Cost Management" in the search field in the top menu
3. Navigate to Billing > Payment methods in the side menu
4. Under Your payment methods, click Add payment method
